And this is enough to lose any excess weight.
And all this has long been known to both athletes and their trainers, and sports doctors, and doctors who deal with plastic surgery.
Because, strange as it may seem, everything really works very simply - you just need to consume no more calories than you spend.
And about 1200 you are just you spend on the work of internal organs. And you just need to eat no more than this amount of calories every day.
And you need to endure and not eat more than 1200 kilocalories for two weeks. For some it will be all three. But no more.
These three weeks the body will somehow try to fight this in the hope that it is temporary. And perhaps nothing will happen to the weight.
But the general condition of the body may worsen. Something like withdrawal.
But if you endure it and don’t break down and don’t binge on buns or any other goodies, then the body will understand that this is serious and that something needs to be done about all this.
And he will begin to get rid of the excess. And first of all, it is not fat that will go under the knife, but muscle. Because fat, when burned, produces more calories. And fat is more valuable to the body than muscle. And in order not to burn muscle instead of fat, the body needs physical activity. If you just go to work and carry refrigerators to the fifth floor, then there will be little benefit from this.
You need a load of a different nature. This is roughly what jocks do in rocking chairs. I mean in paid gyms.
You need a small set of exercises for the main muscles of the body. The set is small, about forty minutes.
Let’s say for biceps, five approaches ten times to a curved barbell weighing 20 kilograms. The break between approaches is short - no more than a minute. Otherwise, the training will take several hours.

I ate two coffee sandwiches at breakfast, and thus used half of my daily ration. The whole point is that we eat uncontrollably and don’t even imagine how many calories we cram into ourselves per day.
But that’s not all. There are two more things.
The first is metabolism. He needs to be rocked. So that the body begins to actively digest food. So that it does not become sour in the stomach for two days. And so that the body begins to digest food more actively. I won’t describe how to do this right now. Just for the weight to begin to go away, you need to pump up this metabolism.
The second is to simply exclude some things from your diet for good. Well, at least for those months that you decided to lose weight.
You MUST give up sugar in its pure form. That is, sugar no longer exists for you. You can use honey, but count the calories. But granulated sugar is prohibited.
Then you should exclude white bread from your diet. And all its types - buns, pies, pastries, cakes, cookies. You can only eat black bread.
For the first time, you can limit yourself to these prohibitions and everything else can be eaten without restrictions. But only on the condition that you have to count all the food you eat.
And don’t eat more than 1200 kilocalories per day. And your belly will disappear as if it never existed.
And you will have to change your entire wardrobe - the news is both good and bad.
But to do all this you need a lot of willpower. And this is actually even more difficult than quitting smoking.
Because the dependence on food is stronger than on smoking. And starting to exercise regularly and not quitting after a couple of weeks is even more difficult.
