я нашла в сети официальное объяснение таким ружьям. такие ружья типа ставили на лодки.... и с этих лодок потом стреляли по уткам....
и правда какого размера те утки должны быть? как слоны, не меньше))))
а то что до крука нормальному человеку даже с оооооочень большими руками не дотянуться до курка... так кого это волнует блин....

вот фото как по мнению ученых такие огромные ружья использовали... только если бы тот лодочниу выстрелил из такого ружья в своей лодке, то блин его бы за борт сдуло от отдачи)))

Kailasanatha Temple is a unique rock structure

Official version:
Kailasanatha is a Hindu rock temple, is the central structure of the cave temple complex in Ellora. The Kailasanatha temple is separated from the rest of the temple complex by three deep (up to 30 meters) chasms.
The temple took a very long time to build. Construction supposedly began during the reign of Dantidurga from the Rashtrakuta dynasty, and ended under Krishnaraja II.

Kailasanatha Temple was carved into a monolithic, lonely rock; during the construction of the temple, the rock mass was hewn from top to bottom, without using scaffolding. It is located in the center of a courtyard carved into the rock, 58 m long and 51 m wide, going 33 meters deep into the rock. The length of the temple itself is 55 m, and the width is 36 meters, the occupied surface area is 1980 m². And the main thing is what they used to build it with... at the time when the temple was being built... with bronze "chisels" as I understand it...
