Попытаюсь объяснить тем кто не в теме.
Кубики на любом организме это показатель того что организм сейчас находится в критическом состоянии когда он высушен настолько что в нем практически нет жира. То есть организм по жировой прослойке ушел глубоко в минус. И ничего в этом хорошего нет. У организма нет никаких запасов. Если организм перенервничает или переохладится вдруг то ему нечем ни согреться, ни поддержать свою сердечную деятельность из каких либо собственных запасов. Потому что их просто нет.
Поэтому вот в этих вот осиных талиях и высушенных организмах на фото выше нет ничего хорошего для их владельцев. У обычного нормального раскаченного и сильного мужика кубиков видно никогда не будет. Для этого ему нужно пройти болезненный и не очень полезный процесс сушки организма. Потерять почти весь жир и сильно обезводится. А чтобы не покалечиться надо может быть даже поддеживать организм какими то медицинскими препаратами из того ассортимента что можно купить в обычных аптеках.
Но лишний раз конечно же лучше этого не делать - и хуй бы с ними с этими кубиками на животе.
Убедительный торс, бицепс и выделяющаяся трапеция это тоже неплохо.
