Рекомендую использовать только качественный коньяк и заварной кофе (нерастворимый), тогда вкус будет идеальным. В классическом варианте важно соблюдать правило «трех C» – Cafe, Cognac, Cigare.

Рецепты кофе с коньяком:

1. Заварной. Одну чайную ложечку кофе высыпать в мелкое ситечко и утрамбовать. Сверху на него вылить 15-20 мл коньяка и добавить еще одну ложку кофе. Далее ситечко поднести к чашке и медленно влить через него 100 мл горячей воды (не кипятка). Чашку накрыть блюдцем и подождать примерно минуту. На заключительном этапе добавить сахар по вкусу.

2. Французский. Особенность этого рецепта в том, что кофе и коньяк не смешиваются в одной чашке, а подаются отдельно. Сначала нужно заварить кофе и добавить в него сахар по вкусу. Далее в отдельную рюмку налить немного коньяка. Сначала выпивается чашка кофе и только потом коньяк. Получается интересное послевкусие, советую попробовать.

3. Венский. Для приготовления порции напитка нужно одну чайную ложку кофе залить 100 мл горячей воды, проварить 1-2 минуты на медленном огне, не доводя до кипения.

Далее положить в тарелку 3 кусочка сахара, 2 соцветия гвоздики, стружку корицы и натертую цедру лимона или апельсина. Всё содержимое тарелки залить 20-30 мл коньяка и поджечь. Затем перелить в чашку сваренный кофе, добавить пропитанный коньяк, предварительно процедив его через ситечко. Это самый изысканный рецепт, но готовить его довольно долго.

4. Кофе с коньяком и молоком. Напиток готовится в пропорции 8:1:1 (на восемь частей заварного кофе добавляют по одной части молока и коньяка). Особенность – перед смешиванием кофе должно немного остыть, иначе молоко свернется.

5. Русский. Считается самым простым и быстрым. Достаточно добавить в чашку две чайные ложки коньяка и сахар по вкусу. Затем налить кофе. Напиток готов.

Внимание! Людям, страдающим сердечнососудистыми заболеваниями, употребление кофе с коньяком может нанести вред здоровью. Эти напитки действуют разнопланово, коньяк расширяет сосуды, а кофе, наоборот, сужает. В некоторых случаях подобный коктейль приводит к нарушению сердечного ритма и поднимает артериальное давление.

Здоровым людям врачи рекомендуют выпивать не больше одной чашки кофе с коньяком в сутки. В умеренных количествах это сочетание может быть даже полезным. Например, для профилактики атеросклероза и онкологических заболеваний.
