Active topics within sections

Question for admins and moderators.
You can make active topics visible within each section.
Well, why do zoophiles need topics about pedophiles?
Or gays about lesbians.
What would someone be interested in come in, find, open, read, write, meet, have sex....
Or why do I need someone’s 8-year-old daughter....
Or topic incest before my eyes.
