Are there any books with such a plot?

The main characters are a young European who came from Europe to the Middle East; young girl, oriental appearance, beautiful (curvy/slender, with a beautiful face). First the story is about a young man, then about their acquaintance, and then about a girl, describing her appearance and soul. Then he is confronted with her culture and her family’s objections. But he manages to overcome it and marry her.
Recommend a fiction book with such a plot.

P.s. and if there are also a couple of pictures, that’s absolutely great.

The series "Clone" was about 20 years ago with about the same plot, only the guy is Brazilian, but white, considered Portuguese. It seems that there is a novelization.
