How effective are Miramistin and its analogues at an affordable price?
I myself have never caught an STD, but I know firsthand that if you catch something, you won’t end up with problems.
All sorts of rubbish can then lead to The gastrointestinal tract may affect the kidneys, which then turns into a chronic disease.

Use a condom. Not 100% protection, but very close to 100

I use it, of course, but sometimes I REALLY want to without it. Even using ultra thin ones, I still have the feeling that there is a thick piece of rubber on my penis. And about 100% effectiveness, this is more of a marketing ploy. It’s not a fact that it will protect against AIDS.

Not 100% because it cannot be ruled out that the integrity of the condom is not broken and it does not have microscopic damage. And, surface-active antiseptics are about the same as washing with soap. Better than nothing, but no guarantee.
