Lula kebab from pork and chicken
This delicious and juicy lula kebab is made from two types of meat: pork and chicken fillet. This combination is quite successful. Minced pork adds juiciness to the dish, and minced sirloin makes the kebab more tender and soft. Lula kebab is cooked in the oven, so it can appear on your table at any time.
Products
Mind pork - 400 g
Mind chicken (loin) - 200 g
Onion - 350 g
Salt - 2/3 teaspoon or to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Khmeli-suneli - 1 heaped teaspoon
Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp) + for working with minced meat
Necessary products.
To prepare lula kebab, prepare minced meat from 400 g of pork and 200 g of chicken fillet. (I used ready-made minced pork and fillet chicken.)
Peel the onions and cut them into very small cubes.
In a bowl, combine two types of minced meat and onions.
Add hops-suneli, salt and ground black pepper.
Also add olive oil.
Mix the minced meat with onions, butter and spices very well until smooth and beat on a work surface or in a bowl for 15 minutes. This is necessary so that the minced meat binds well and stays on the skewers.
After this, put the minced meat in a suitable container, cover with a lid or cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
The skewers can be used for this time soak in water so that they do not burn in the oven.
After a while, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Lubricate your hands with olive oil and form the lula kebab, compacting the minced meat with your hands and stretching it over a skewer.
Place the lula kebabs on a wire rack or baking sheet so that the juice has somewhere to drain. (I used two baking sheets. I turned one upside down and covered it with baking foil, making sides on both sides. I laid lula-kebabs on top. I placed the small baking sheet with lula-kebabs in a large baking sheet - the excess juice drained into it.)
Bake the lula kebab in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until browned.
Then turn the skewers over to the other side and bake for about another 10-15 minutes.
All kebabs should be evenly distributed brown on both sides.

I’m also a meat eater, maybe not fat yet. I can’t get enough without meat, but give my husband some dietary soup (and he’s a driver, he drives for 12 hours), and he’ll put a saucepan on his head.
