I collected credits and scored. Collectors threaten that they will "visit" my mother. How to get out of the situation?
We live together with her, they constantly call and demand to pay debts.

Collectors are already prohibited by law from putting psychological pressure on the debtor, coming home, reporting your debts to third parties, etc.

Better read the articles and tell the collectors that if they come, you will contact law enforcement agencies under article....))

You can go through the bankruptcy procedure, from the moment you file bankruptcy documents, they are legally prohibited from contact you somehow. You can change your numbers so they don’t bother you, but that certainly won’t solve the problem.
