I didn’t study it myself, but when I was a student, my roommate did it regularly. He was a medical student and was interested in any part-time work.
I remember there were strict rules on food, smoking, alcohol, etc. a few days before delivery. In my opinion, the absence of sex should have been 2-3 days.
