The pants are short at the bottom, but pulled up to the armpits at the top, while the sweater or shirt, on the contrary, hangs to the knees and the sleeves dangle. The jacket’s shoulders are twice as wide as necessary)
The coat can drag in the ground, and the down jacket can barely cover the lower back. In general, it looks as if all the clothes were taken from different people and put on one person)
And this is how they dress not only on a day off, but also to work in the office.

And everything like that. Where does it come from? If earlier there were men’s suits and women’s dresses emphasizing the dignity of the figure, posture, and, ultimately, the status of a person and his good taste.
