Interesting question. Just today I saw a girl in a white top without a bra and shorts through which her thong was visible. She seemed comfortable going like this. I think if it excites you to walk like that, it can be considered an act of exhibitionism. If not, then maybe she just doesn’t care. It’s hot, what can you do? I’ve often seen that when it’s hot, girls take off or unbutton their blouses on the subway and ride in just their bra. There is nothing like that here, people just don’t want to walk around sweaty.

I think each case is individual. Someone expresses a tribute to fashion in this way, someone likes to show themselves...
