How to destroy a bot

There is a user on the forum vit92, he needs to be destroyed. Since this is really a bot, it is unclear who launched it and for unclear purposes. And he’s blue, too, and he pms me with idiotic questions and suggestions in a perverted form. You can only block him by adding him as an enemy, but messages from him still come. What should I do?

At one time I had to close my personal account completely because of spam. I couldn’t find how to block an individual user in my personal accounts.
