))) You mixed everything into one pile. If a man has a physical job, then he needs rest in a calm state. If he sits in the office or drives a car all day, then he needs active rest.
And, everyone, not only men, but also women, needs to understand that physical activity is necessary, first of all, for themselves. For good health.

We have a separate floor in the building with its own hall. Many people run there in the morning before work to exercise. Someone after work. But that’s not all either. Basically, whoever is free.
