November is not the best month, for me personally.
Lack of sunlight, oxygen, exacerbation of chronic diseases is not the most blissful state...willy-nilly, you fall into depression.
How Are you struggling with the autumn blues, what actions are you taking? What are you thinking and dreaming about during this period?

Yes. There are 2 types of trainers and no others. A tyrant who always yells and forces. And the Advisor who simply recommends. If you find your coach, then everything is OK.
