Tell me, does anyone use a household laser epilator? Is there an effect? Is it worth buying?

A year ago I bought a Philips photoepilator, but I never started using it, I go to the clinic for laser treatment.
So I’m thinking of either selling it or using it.

But laser and photo are not the same thing? On Aliexpress they write everywhere that it is laser. Sorry I can’t attach a photo of what it looks like.

2. The last breaks in use are up to six months or a year, then sparse hairs appear. From the beginning of use, every two weeks, after about 6-8 months (depending on which zone) - once a month, then as needed.

The thing is not exactly necessary, but if available it is no longer I want to give it up.
