Girls, what are your restrictions on pooping?

And again the question of how girls poop haunts me. That is, under what conditions will they not do this. For some reason, some are shy, but some are not.

Recently I was at a business meeting in the office. There is a strange thing there - the entrance to the toilet is directly from the office and there is no way to wash your hands there. The meeting hasn’t started yet, there are several of us sitting around chatting. Then a girl employee comes in, young, beautiful and with cerebral palsy, she has difficulty moving, I feel sorry for her! Well, okay, that’s not what we’re talking about. And judging by the war she spent there and the smell after it (there was no normal air freshener there, only crap hanging from the ceiling), she pooped there!

And here’s the question. Girls (young ones first). Would you poop if there were several men outside the door? Will it be awkward for you to look them in the eye later? And how do you poop without a single fart or the sound of poop falling into the toilet?
