Do you think it is acceptable for a boss to sometimes spank his female employees before giving an assignment? Who are young, short, slender, and who run errands a lot. Their lightness sometimes prompts them to spank

don’t pester women, because that’s not the fun when they’re pestered. Unless, of course, they themselves show open signs of attention in your direction, but even then there is a risk of misinterpreting them

I think the boss can set the boundaries of what is permitted for himself.
