Is it possible to disable it (it’s annoying and your eyes get tired...)?

Yes, you can make the colors softer, small shades, .. Lightly tint. Or, for example, make women’s comments one color, men’s another. When everything is colorful, I agree with the author, it’s more careful to read.

That’s how it was done - women’s comments are pink, but in two shades. It’s the same with men’s.
