The real problem on this forum is that there are not many real women here. This issue has already been discussed in various ways. Even such terms have appeared as woman-woman to designate real women and woman-man for male users who indicate that they are women.

I think the problem is quite serious and it still needs to be somehow- then decide. You can offer the following options.
