Why are we attracted to bad guys?
There are no bad and good people, everyone has both positive and negative traits, which outweigh in certain situations, and therefore we can impose some kind of label on a person. As for relationships, working with different girls and women, I saw that some had a clear tendency - they chose men with the label “bad”. I was interested in this question, because among such girls were my friends, who, it would seem, a priori cannot make such a choice.

Having analyzed specific cases, I discovered the following:

1) Girls build relationships with “ bad guys because they project the image of their father onto them. If the father drank, smoked, swore and raised his hand against his wife, then there is a high probability that the guy will be exactly like that. The same applies to character traits, if dad was quick-tempered and harsh, then the partner will have the same qualities.

2) Often, women choose such men because they look strong and independent, and It seems to them that with them they will be like behind a stone wall. But then they find themselves in relationships from which they are afraid to leave, because there is a real threat to health and life.

3) As for intimate relationships, fantasies about violence among women occupy first place among sexual fantasies. Some women are taught from childhood that experiencing sexual desire is shameful, but, as we all know, the forbidden fruit is sweet. Therefore, relationships with such men become a loophole to the realization of their sexuality.

4) And again about sexual relationships, there are also girls who need adrenaline and thrills. They date “bad” guys because in relationships with them they experience the desired emotions - excitement and joy from risk.

Sexual fantasies are of course interesting, and it’s difficult with parental attitudes and educational characteristics cope, but when faced with violence, poor girls end up with only severe traumatic experiences.

Psychological studies confirm that women are attracted to men by narcissism and a tendency towards psychopathy
unless, of course, they reach clinical levels. Narcissism is a tendency to dominate, a feeling of superiority over everyone, focusing only on one’s own interests. Psychopaths are characterized by insensitivity, low empathy, and antisocial behavior. Such men seem attractive for sexual relations, because if you put together all the advantages of these traits, you get the following picture - a confident man, ready to take risks, throw money and not think about tomorrow. Such an impetuous and daring guy becomes like the hero of a novel or film.
But if we are not talking about a partner for life, but about short-term affairs, what could be better for awakening sexuality than prohibition and danger. After all, reliability and care do not excite the mind at all and do not excite. When it comes to passion and sex, anything wild and rough is exciting. And one more thing, if you are stuck in a relationship with a “bad” guy, then it is quite possible that you simply do not believe that you deserve more.

Maybe you are acting out a family scenario, maybe the reason is low self-esteem, in any case, think about the fact that strength and aggression look beautiful only in the movies, but in life you deserve a good guy .

This is our article today😊
I took everything from work experience, communication with friends and my personal life 😉 Yes, I also chose men with whom I felt myself as a victim, but now I have learned to build equal, adequate relationships, which I am very proud of😉
