I really like gallantry, attentiveness, unobtrusiveness, grooming, clear speech and confidence. No swearing, cliches, "gopnichestvo" etc. of things. If you behave civilly with a girl, a few compliments and a positive first impression - all "no" instantly turns into a chance for "yes"
