Question, sometimes you write something on a forum or in a DM, and then you want to reply to another person in the same DM, but you’re not allowed, they say you write too often
Is this how it was intended or is it just not finalized?

Most likely this is intended to limit spam and other flooding. A completely reasonable and correct decision.
